To ensure those adventurers with busy schedules can attend the event, we are offering single day tickets to join The Winter Council and banquet on Friday, or join us Saturday for the feast and role playing celebration.
Food & Feasting
We have some delicious and delighting meals planned for this special occasion!
Friday dinner will be prepared and served buffet-style.
Lunch on Saturday will be boxed for adventure.
The Feast on Saturday night will be a special gourmet planned buffet style meal.

Saturday Night Fantasy Role Play & Feast | January 25, 2025
TBD Saturday Feast Menu is still being planned , and we will update this listing as soon as we finalize the gourmet selections, but we guarantee they will be out of this world.
*There will be two taverns serving alcoholic beverages and snacks made available for purchase throughout the event.

The Lodges at Gettysburg offer well appointed cabin accommodations, most will sleep 6 adventurers. Below is information on cabin rental for your booking on Friday and/or Saturday night.
Our new venue holds a host of cabins that can suit groups of anywhere from 2-6, with some rooms combining to host up to 8! In the interest of maximizing our space usage, and to allow friends and factions to bunk together!
