This is all good stuff and we will take it into consideration as we move ahead with the 2020 rules update.

At this time there are no restrictions to how many characters a player may have. However, except for NPCs a player may only play a single character per event. You should declare what character you are playing for the day at check-in, and any skills that you learn will only apply to that character.
